The City of Rochester has received $8.8 million from the Cares Act. I have asked that all distributions and the folks that make the decisions be made available to the public. There are a tremendous number of restrictions on these dollars and the money has to be distributed by November 15, so perfection is not the goal here.
I am a believer in transparency and this website will continue to be updated to show where all the funding is going. In general we are targeting 3 areas.
