Here is a very nice piece of work that was done for the City of North St. Paul. This report even mentions Rochester’s complete streets policy. The idea here is that integrate stormwater infiltration can be beautiful and effective.
I particularly like the 22 foot wide residential streets and 10 ft travel lanes. Also instead of having 2 rows of parking on either side of the street, just bump our for parking spots as needed. Give the cost of asphalt replacing 22 feet is far more cost effective than replacing 30 to 44 feet.
