Restricted Parking on Ruby Lane

I just got a note from city traffic engineer Gary Shannon that the city received a petition to limit parking on Ruby Ln. in The Country Club Manor / Diamond Ridge area.  Assuming I don’t hear otherwise, I will support this change.
