Rochester City Councilman Michael Wojcik says it’s time for the City to get it’s own public offered wireless broadband system. Residents agree, but the rest of the Council isn’t convinced. A city wide wireless system would follow what cities like Minneapolis have already done in offering internet as a public utility.
